The Result: Better, Together.
At Simba, we believe the best results are delivered through partnership, collaboration and shared ambition.
We work alongside industry bodies, research institutions, customers, and manufacturing experts to solve real challenges, unlock efficiencies, improve traceability, and shape better outcomes, not just for today, but for the future of our industry.
Progress begins with leadership and collaboration.
Simba plays an active role in industry-wide collaboration through our close engagement with the Laundry Association Australia (LAA).
Simba has a long history of using science to engineer new product innovations that solve clients' textile challenges. We have developed our textile experience over the last 50-odd years, and we have a deep understanding of every part of the textile lifecycle. Our in-house textile scientists and lab team add an extra dimension to this expertise and allow us to really focus on great discoveries.
Alongside this we collaborate with universities locally and globally and co-invest in emerging technologies to explore new materials, systems and models that move the industry forward.
Leading commercial laundries, hotels and resorts, mining facilities and hospitals understand that RFID is a lot more than software, hardware and chipped linen.
RFID technology gives Simba customers complete visibility and control over their assets, enabling real-time tracking across operations. By automating identification and data capture, it reduces manual handling, improves accuracy, and eliminates costly errors. Customers benefit from faster turnaround times, better inventory management, and enhanced operational efficiency. The technology also supports compliance and traceability, ensuring every item is accounted for at every stage of its lifecycle. Ultimately, RFID empowers Simba customers to deliver a more reliable, scalable, and data-driven service to their own end users.
Simba SmartLinen is a turnkey RFID ecosystem that can deliver on all fronts.
Simba SmartLinen can deliver on all fronts, including:
Reliable data on how much stock a client has and where, so they can predict the right amount of linen to hold or order.
Real-time hardware monitoring and failure notification alerts via a remote connection that links to our client's systems.
Best practice industry benchmarking ensuring optimal linen usage across the board.
Understand where linen is being stolen, misplaced or destroyed unnecessarily to prevent future losses.

We're proud to share that Simba has joined the Australian Bedding Stewardship Council (ABSC) as an inaugural member and a founding participant in its Top-of-Bed Working Group - a collective industry effort focused on tackling bedding waste at scale.
The working group has a clear goal: to design and prove an end-to-end, industry-led circular system for top-of-bed products, one that is practical, commercially viable, and built to last. Rather than running isolated pilots, the focus is on building the structures, governance and operating models needed for a national stewardship scheme.
This work sits at the heart of our Simba Conscious journey, moving beyond individual action and intention, and working collaboratively to design real, system-wide solutions that keep bedding materials in circulation and out of landfill.
Excellence is built through shared expertise and aligned goals.
Simba works closely with procurement teams, frontline operators and manufacturing experts to translate insight into practical outcomes. By sharing knowledge, aligning objectives and measuring performance, we help our partners operate more efficiently, confidently and responsibly.
Together, we explore new opportunities.
Together, we evolve faster.
Together, we excel.
By leading collaboratively, investing responsibly and committing to progress, we help build a stronger, more resilient textile industry, and deliver better outcomes for our customers, our partners and the environments in which our products are used.
